Activity registration/reservation at KHDTK Wanagama with an online system is done with the following provisions:

  1. Booking is applicable for prospective visitors, both domestic and foreign;
  2. Booking is done online for all activities, especially for activities that involve more than 20 people, environmental education, seminars, workshops, reunions, research, taking photos and videos for commercial purposes, and others;
  3. Booking is done by filling out a form that can be accessed from the website wanagama.fkt.ugm.ac.id;
  4. Booking is done a maximum of 2 days before the activity;
  5. Registration confirmation will be received by the prospective visitor via email;
  6. Payment can only be made using a virtual account;
  7. Payment confirmation will be received by the prospective visitor via email or WhatsApp chat;
  8. The activity permit letter is given and controlled by one group leader;
  9. The printed activity permit letter is brought and shown to the Field Office;
  10. Activity reporting is facilitated according to the arrival time starting from 08.00 AM until 09.00 PM, except for check-in for accommodations which is facilitated starting from 01.00 PM;
  11. All prospective visitors are required to attend the briefing;
  12. The original identification of the group leader (ID card/student card/Driver's License/Passport) must be handed over to the officer during the activity period;
  13. The group leader is responsible for administrative completeness, member safety, and responsible for bringing activity waste;
  14. At the end of the activity, it is mandatory to show the activity permit letter, dispose of waste, and take an identification badge.
